2. Our team responds within 24 hours with simple instructions.
3. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
CONDITIONS
- The 90-day period starts on the delivery date shown by the carrier.
- For hygiene reasons, we may ask for a photo of the product instead of a physical return.
- Damaged or defective items are replaced free of charge - just send us a photo.
- The 1-year warranty covers any manufacturing defect beyond the 90-day trial.
